Details of the Workshop
The primary focus of this YogART experience is to awaken, nourish, and empower your own creativity. In this holistic experience we look to the ancient wisdom of the Chakra system, which provides a container and a light to explore your sacred self. Through the Yoga practice we intuitively engage the postures and the sensations of the Chakra’s system and through the Transformative Making and Body Mapping, the Chakra’s become an Archetypal jumping off point, an activation for your own creative exploration. This will manifest through the Art and Process of Vision Board/Mandala Making.  This Yoga and Art workshop will include developing a Vision Board Mandala through body mapping, which explores the chakras and intentional goal setting through the creative process.
* A vision board is a collage of images, pictures and affirmations of your dreams and all of the things that make you happy. It can also be called a dream board, treasure map or vision map. Vision boards are a great way to make you feel positive, and are helpful if you are using the law of attraction.

Developed by Los Angeles based Arts Organization, Art 4 All People, Co-Founders:  Ceylan Hulya M.A. and Lisa Rasmussen M. F. A.
